Prompt response and service. I am 95% satisfied. The only questionable problem is with the outside drain, which was supposed to be placed a few feet farther and also it slopes backward toward the house. This may not be a problem, but logically it seems it should slope away from the house. The real test will be in the future. If my basement never floods again then I will be 100% satisfied. Thank you.

The quality and expertise of the initial presentation by Steve Burt. Very competitive pricing. Also, the referral made to us by another of your clients. Ours was a particularly difficult job. There was also another steep hill or narrow steps to negotiate in getting to/from the cellar. It required many more trips up and down because they couldn't carry their normal loads. Everyone worked tirelessly and without complaint for two full days. They stayed until 7 pm to get the job done. I think Lou was the crew boss. He and the others had an excellent work ethic!
